As a small, family-owned, independent group of hotels, Friday 27 March will mark the first time in over 90 years that we are unable to welcome guests and friends to our hotels. The Covid-19 outbreak has had a crushing impact on the hospitality industry worldwide and while we are all deeply concerned about the financial implications and the people it will affect, we take strength and courage that we are all in this together and reflect on how deeply grateful we are for the support we have enjoyed and the connections we have made over the decades. Thank you! As we comply with the temporary nationwide lockdown announced by our President, we will use the quiet time this provides to plan ahead so that we emerge stronger, more resilient and eager to thrive in the new world reality that awaits.
